The bell pepper is a classic in our markets and our tables. It is a fleshy pepper, sweet more or less, depending on the degree of maturity that can be seen by the color, red pepper belongs to the family of Solanaceae and is specifically grossum variety of the species Capsicum annuumm. Pimento morrón, aka bonnet pepper, or bull nose is a globose berry, considered a vegetable and consumed as such, unlike their relatives spicy commonly used as a spice or condiment.
